The Polished Pups Program
Own puppies go through a 4 week program
What Your Pup Will Learn
Crate Training:
Comfortable being crated during naps, at night, and for short alone time
Crate is introduced as a calm, safe space using the cue: "Go lay down"
Potty Training:
Routine-based potty schedule with trips outside
Recognition of a potty cue
Foundation for house training that can be continued at home
Basic Obedience Commands:
-Sit
-Down
-Stay
-Go lay down
(to enter crate or designated rest space)
Socialization & Manners:
Exposure to gentle handling, household sounds, and early leash introduction
Polite behavior encouraged: less jumping, nipping, and whining
Builds focus, trust, and calm behavior in everyday settings

Founder & Trainer at The Polished Pup
Hi, I’m Audrey Reagan, and I’ve spent the last 15+ years working hands-on in dog care, training, and breeding. My heart has always been with dogs, and over time, I’ve developed a strong passion for helping puppies grow into calm, confident, and well-mannered companions.
At The Polished Pup, I focus on quality over quantity. I personally train no more than 5 puppies at a time, ensuring that each pup receives the structure, consistency, and one-on-one attention they need to truly thrive.
I hand-pick every puppy that enters my program, selecting from reputable breeders who focus on health, temperament, and quality. I specialize in training Miniature Poodles, chosen specifically for their intelligence, trainability, and suitability for family life.
Every pup in my program is gently guided through a four-week training process that includes crate training, potty foundations, basic obedience, and early socialization. They’re raised in a loving, structured environment where they learn how to live calmly and confidently in the real world.
My mission is simple: to take the overwhelming part of puppyhood off your plate—so you can enjoy a smoother, more rewarding start with a dog that’s already been polished with care.
